Energy Efficiency Associates provided consulting and computer modeling services for the
Transformations, Inc. "Needham" entry in the Massachusetts
Zero Energy Challenge competition. Careful evaulation of insulation, air sealing, mechanicals and ventilation alternatives resulted in a home which sold for under $196,000, but which uses little or no purchased energy on an annual basis.
